What is a PDF Pattern?
PDF Patterns are a digital copy of the pattern which will come as a .pdf document.
How are PDF Patterns delivered?
When you purchase a PDF pattern, you will receive two automated emails shortly after your purchase. The first email is your receipt. The second email will have the instructions and the link for downloading the pattern you purchased. Please note the download link expires after 3 downloads, so be sure to save the pattern to your computer! This includes opening the pattern up on your phone or tablet.
What if I don't get the download email?
Don't forget to check your junk mail folder if the second email doesn't show up. If you're using Gmail, be sure to check your "Promotions" tab too.
I'm having trouble downloading my pattern, what do I do?
If you click the download link and it seems like nothing has happened, it has most likely downloaded but not opened. Check your computer's downloads folder or search your computer by the pattern name.
**If you have any trouble downloading your pattern or need your download limit reset, send me a message (here) and I'll be happy to help you.

General Questions:
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay using PayPal or checkout directly with a credit card. All prices are listed in US Dollars.
Why am I being charged sales tax?
The shop platform that I use to process my transactions (Big Cartel), has taken over the monumental task of collecting and paying sales tax. They use the most up to date regulations and tax laws for each state to determine which items (digital & physical) are subject to sales tax.
Can I sell items made from your patterns?
Yes! All of my patterns include a license to sell items made with the pattern on a small home-scale basis. This includes charity events, craft shows, Etsy shop, etc. Credit to "Jeni Baker (jenibakerpatterns.com)" is appreciated. Large-scale manufacturing items made using my patterns is prohibited.
Can I teach a class using one of your patterns?
Yes! Each student must have their own physical copy of the pattern. If you're a shop interested in purchasing patterns wholesale, please fill out my wholesale order form.
Are your patterns available in metric?
Unfortunately, no. All patterns are written in the standard measurement system (inches and yards).
Are your patterns available in other languages?
