PDF Patterns: PDF Patterns are a digital copy of the pattern which will come as a .pdf document. When you purchase a PDF pattern, you will receive two automated emails shortly after your purchase. The first email is your receipt. The second email will have the instructions and the link for downloading the pattern you purchased. Don't forget to check your junk mail folder if the second email doesn't show up. If you're using Gmail, be sure to check your "Promotions" tab too. Please note the download link expires after 3 downloads, so be sure to save the pattern to your computer! This includes opening the pattern up on your phone or tablet. If you click the download link and it seems like nothing has happened, it has most likely downloaded but not opened. Check your computer's downloads folder or search your computer by the pattern name.
**If you have any trouble downloading your pattern or need your download limit reset, send me a message (here) and I'll be happy to help you.
Paper Patterns: Paper patterns are a physical copy of the pattern with a color cover and black & white inside pages. Paper patterns ship USPS First Class Mail using stamps within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) of your purchase. There is no tracking information available, but you will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order ships. Priority mail shipping with tracking is available for an additional fee, to request this send me a message (here) before making your purchase. Keep in mind, I have no control over your package after I hand it off to the Postal Service. If you haven't received your pattern within 2 weeks of shipping, please contact me.
**If you're in a rush to receive your pattern, I'd suggest ordering a PDF copy, which is available to download within a few minutes of your purchase.
